I've made a quick change on my fork of the repository which should let the game detect Workshop mods the way it used to: Perhaps Universalis 4 or CK2 (w/o mod) are other options. Options: Stellaris and CK2: Game of Thrones look pretty great. Preferably something real time so there is less downtime (so that excludes endless legend). Free for all with alliances and AI players might be most fun. 8 trainers 08/17/17 Star Traders: 4X Empires. Im looking for a 4x game thats great to play with 1 or 2 friends. That being said, for most Steam users, simply being able to use mods should be enough. LIFETIME OF LIFETIME PLUS +20 WHEEL SPINS HALF-PRICE LIFETIME MEMBERSHIPS.
STAR RULER 2 CHEAT ENGINE UPDATE
For reasons I am only vaguely familiar with, we cannot compile a client that would be capable of uploading to the Workshop. Civilian Trade Networks, improved combat effects, new maps, expanded surrender/subjugation rules, and much more are featured in this development update of Star Ruler 2 which rounds up all the changes from August Last month we added, changed, and balanced a whole bunch of stuff in Star Ruler 2. To review, open the file in an editor that reveals hidden Unicode characters. The most noticeable of these is that you cannot upload mods to the Steam Workshop, and you cannot easily access mods downloaded from the Workshop. This file contains bidirectional Unicode text that may be interpreted or compiled differently than what appears below. However, this does work as a bit of a downgrade from the Steam client.
STAR RULER 2 CHEAT ENGINE MOD
This can be pretty useful when working with an unstable mod (or it can throw incomprehensible gibberish at the would-be analyst I've seen one of those already), and I would advise migrating to the OS client for that reason. Using the OS client executable allows you (or anyone else with the right tools) to analyze the memory dumps generated when the game crashes. Something that might be worth mentioning:
